SCANASONIC SOURCE IMAGES AND AUDIO COMPOSITIONS
These ancient representations of musicians, culled from art history books, served as the Scanasonic “orchestra.” Each composer chose several images. These were then scanned and the noises made by the scanner preserved as audio files, which the composer manipulated in the computer to build tracks.
